Sep 06, 2019 · If you want to use Windows 8 as a WiFi hotspot, then you have to set it up mostly via command line. Alternatively you could use a third party utility. If you are using Windows 10 then just use the built in WiFi hotspot settings which are located in the settings app in "Network and Internet", "Mobile hotspot".
